Our 6 week Fall Fitness Challenge is focused on helping you with your weightloss goals in a fun, fast and effective group fitness setting on the beach!
If you have been wondering where to begin your fitness or weightloss journey or you're just ready to get strong, lean muscle and tone, BeachFit Bootycamps is for you! We exercise on the sand, stairs, and strand surrounding Avenue C in Redondo Beach and utilize free weights, ropes, kettlebells and body weight, all supervised by fitness trainer.
BeachFit Bootycamps is led by Seattle's holistic fitness trainer and nutrition consultant, Coach Corinne CuraVida. Coach Corinne specializes in women's weightloss, increased mobility, and the most effective exercises designed specifically for your body. Coach Corinne is able to assist all levels, beginners please be welcome, through intermediate/advanced exercisers.
